A casablanca airport transfer can be booked before landing by sending your flight number, arrival date, passenger count, luggage and destination. Mohammed V Airport is about 30 km from central Casablanca. The drive normally takes 30–45 minutes, while a pre-booked pickup avoids arranging transport after baggage collection.
People arriving at Mohammed V International Airport often want a direct path from baggage reclaim to their accommodation. For those who like to organize their vehicle and meeting point before they fly, a pre-booked private pickup is useful.
CMN is outside central Casablanca so flight details, luggage and final address all matter. The local team is familiar with Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and the usual routes into Casablanca. More local information is available from the Casablanca transport site.
How do you book a Casablanca airport transfer before landing?
You must book your pick up before you depart and provide sufficient information so the driver can identify your flight and prepare the correct vehicle.
What do I need to book a transfer from the Casablanca airport?
Please send your flight number, date of landing, estimated time of arrival, number of passengers and full destination address. If traveling in a group, please specify the number of large suitcases.
Your confirmation should also include the agreed price, vehicle type, meeting instructions and waiting policy. Your flight number matters as arrival times might change after booking.
What to do if your flight is delayed?
A flight-monitoring service can tweak the pickup to the plane’s actual arrival. But it's worth keeping the driver's contact details to hand should baggage reclaim take longer than you anticipate.
Local tip: Download your booking confirmation and driver number offline before you fly. Mobile data might not work immediately when you arrive.
Where does your Casablanca airport transfer driver meet you?
On exiting passport control, baggage collection and customs your driver will meet you at the confirmed arrivals meeting point.
Casablanca airport transfer pick up Terminal 1 or Terminal 2
Mohammed V International Airport has 2 principal passenger terminals. Your airline and flight info should tell you which terminal applies to your arrival.
You can also check current airport information on ONDA's Mohammed V Airport pages.
How do you locate your driver after baggage reclaim?
If you have a private pickup pre-arranged, the meeting instructions should indicate where the driver will be waiting. A name sign may assist identification in the arrivals area.

Local tip: If you can’t find your driver, call them before leaving the terminal. Moving parking areas can make the meeting more difficult.
How long does a Casablanca airport transfer take?
The journey from CMN to central Casablanca is normally 30 to 45 minutes, but it can be longer depending on traffic in the city and the exact location you are going to.
About 30 km from downtown Casablanca is Mohammed V International Airport. The distance to your hotel depends on the area.
Time to get to the center of Casablanca
Hotels in the center of Casablanca, Maarif and nearby business districts are usually within the normal journey time from the airport to the city. Additional driving might be necessary to destinations near Ain Diab, the Corniche or Casablanca Finance City.
Fastest road time should not be used for close appointments. Immigration and baggage collection is done even before the drive starts.
What if you get there late?
The late nite pickup might have less road traffic, but delayed flights can push an expected evening arrival past midnight.
When they arrive, late arriving passengers can read the guide to the Casablanca Airport at Nite.
Local tip: If you have an important meeting, add 30-60 minutes to your expected drive time for airport procedures and traffic.
Casablanca airport transfer, train or taxi: which should you choose?
A private transfer, airport train or taxi will all work. Your best practical choice will depend on your time of arrival, destination, luggage and number of passengers.
When do the airport trains pay off?
ONCF links Mohammed V Airport to Casablanca stations Casa Oasis, Casa Voyageurs and Casa Port. Always check the ONCF Voyages current timetable before you go.
The train will take one or two travelers with light luggage. This is especially effective if the last accommodation is close to a railroad station.
You may need to take another taxi or tram after you get off the train.
When is private pickup more convenient?
Direct pickup – one vehicle from the airport to the final destination. There is no transfer between CMN and your hotel.
This is useful for families, first time visitors and groups with 3-6 suitcases. It can also be useful for late arrivals, if the traveler wishes to have transport arranged in advance.
Local tip: Compare the whole door-to-door journey. For a train journey you may still have to take another ride from Casa Voyageurs, Casa Port or Casa Oasis.
Common mistakes to avoid
Common mistakes you should avoid when booking transport from CMN:
Booking without a flight number? Please add it so we can adjust the pickup for arrival changes.
If destination is "Casablanca" only send full hotel, apartment or office address.
Don't worry about luggage details, just mention large bags so we can assign the right vehicle.
Don’t leave arrivals too quickly: Contact the driver before heading to another parking area.
Don't plan on late arrivals: if your flight is delayed, see the Casablanca Airport at Nite guide.
